New starters

As always, January has been a busy month for the Talent Development team, welcoming new starters across most divisions.

Ten people attended induction last week - join us in giving them a warm welcome to KFH.

This year we will be celebrating our 2021 success virtually at 4pm on Friday 11 February via MS Teams.

Please action: New IT ticketing service

The KFH-Freshservice portal is going live tomorrow. Look out for the email from IT support asking you to activate your new account. Click on the link to activate, then log in using your KFH credentials. This will give all staff access to the Freshservice portal to raise issues, view the status of existing tickets, and check out the KFH knowledge base to access FAQ’s. This will speed up resolution times and improve service quality.

Access to your payslips just got easier

In line with the new payslips process, if you have confirmed your identity within the new payslips function, tomorrow you will receive a link to take you to your January payslip. If you have not yet confirmed your identity, please read this information to assist you through the initial setup process.

Charity boxing event

Natalie Giles, Senior Property Manager, is competing in a charity boxing event, in aid of our charity partner, London Youth.

The event will take place on Saturday 19 March at the Kent Show Grounds in Maidstone.

Property managers

Sophie Danes (Head of Lettings Property Management) is looking for senior property managers and property managers to join her team.
