Freshservice ticketing – IT update

We recently introduced Freshservice, an IT management solution portal that logs, manages and tracks all reported IT incidents. 

 

The IT Service Delivery team has been working hard at resolving all the incidences. Read more about how the first few weeks of using the system went here.
